All materials available in the Double R Amalgam Teacher Hub — including the English Booster books, flipbooks, PDFs, lesson plans, worksheets, exercises, flashcards, illustrations, images, audio and games ("Materials") — are the exclusive property of Hong Kong CQ Center Co. Ltd.

© Hong Kong CQ Center Co. Ltd. All rights reserved. No part of the Materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of Hong Kong CQ Center Co. Ltd.

Access to the Hub is granted only to teachers approved by Miss Rowena. As an approved teacher, you may access and use the Materials solely for your own classroom teaching within the Double R Booster programme.

This licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable.

You must not copy, download, reproduce, republish, share, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit any of the Materials, whether in print or electronic form.

You must not upload, post or transmit the Materials on any website, social media platform, messaging group or file-sharing service, or remove or alter any copyright notice or watermark contained in the Materials.

Your account is for your personal use only. You must not share your login details or access code with any other person.

Access is granted and may be revoked at the discretion of Hong Kong CQ Center Co. Ltd. and Miss Rowena. Any breach of these Terms & Conditions may result in immediate termination of your access.

By creating an account, entering an access code or requesting approval, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, and that you will respect the copyright and all rights reserved by Hong Kong CQ Center Co. Ltd.

These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the Hub means you accept the updated terms.
